QuoteChaser Terms of Service

By using QuoteChaser you agree to these terms.

Service: QuoteChaser sends automated follow-up messages (SMS and email) to a contractor's own customers regarding quotes/estimates. The contractor is responsible for having obtained consent from each customer they add.

Acceptable use: no spam, no purchased lists, no messaging people who have not consented. Messages must relate to a genuine quote the customer requested. You will honor STOP/opt-out requests immediately (handled automatically by QuoteChaser).

Messaging compliance: you agree to comply with applicable laws (TCPA, CASL, carrier A2P 10DLC rules). QuoteChaser provides STOP/HELP handling but the contractor is responsible for lawful consent.

No guarantee: QuoteChaser does not guarantee any specific booking or revenue outcome.

Liability: the service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes: we may update these terms; continued use means acceptance.
