QuoteChaser (we, us) provides automated quote-follow-up messaging that contractors use to follow up with their own customers. This policy explains how we handle data.

What we collect: contractor account info (name, email, business name); end-customer contact details (name, phone, email) that the contractor provides about people who requested a quote; and quote/message content needed to send follow-ups.

SMS / text messaging consent: End customers receive follow-up texts because they gave their phone number to the contractor when requesting a quote and agreed to be contacted about it. We do not sell or share phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with any third party for marketing. SMS consent is never shared with anyone. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

How we use data: solely to send and manage quote follow-up messages on the contractor's behalf, and to operate and improve the service.

Sharing: we use service providers (e.g., Twilio for SMS, Postmark for email) strictly to deliver messages. We do not sell personal data.

Retention: we keep data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law. Contractors can request deletion.
